Why Preem exists
Your fans want to support you directly. Most platforms won't let them.
Streaming pays a fraction of what your music is actually worth to the people who love it most. And the platforms built to fix that — sell directly, get paid daily, keep the relationship — weren't built for artists paying and getting paid in naira. Cards decline. Currencies aren't supported. Fans give up before they ever get to send you money.
Preem is built the other way around: naira first, your fans' actual payment methods first — card, bank transfer, USSD — so the sale that should've happened, happens.
Revenue breakdown
How artists actually get paid, side by side.
Streaming pays a few naira per stream, on a schedule you don't control, to fans you'll never meet. Preem pays what your fans actually think you're worth, weekly, straight to your account.
Start a dropBased on a per-stream rate of ≈₦4–₦6, reflecting commonly reported industry averages across major DSPs — your actual payout depends on your distributor and label terms.
How it works
Three steps. First sale can happen today.

Upload your track
Audio, artwork, and a minimum price. Fans can pay that or more — you're never capped at a fixed number.

Choose Live or Exclusive
Live drops eventually reach other platforms too — pick the date, and Preem reminds you when it's time to distribute elsewhere. Exclusive drops never go anywhere else. Ever.

Share the link, get paid weekly
Send it to your community — WhatsApp, Instagram, wherever they already are. You keep 80% of every sale, paid out weekly, straight to your account.
How pricing works
You set the floor. Fans decide how much you're worth to them.
Every drop has a minimum price — never zero, never a fixed ceiling. A fan can pay exactly what you asked, or more, if they want to show up harder for you. You keep 80% of whatever comes in. No hidden fees stacked on top, no surprise deductions before payout.
Preem takes a 20% platform fee per sale. That's it.
Two ways to drop
Pick what fits the release.
For music that's headed everywhere, eventually.
Give your community first access before the track hits Spotify, Audiomack, or wherever you release next. Pick the date. Preem counts down for your fans, and reminds you when it's time to go public.
For music that only exists here.
No release date, no countdown, no other platform — ever. This is the drop for your realest supporters: something that will never exist anywhere but the place they bought it from you directly.
Built differently
Why this works for you specifically.
- Naira-native. Card, bank transfer, USSD — not a foreign checkout that quietly assumes a different economy.
- Paid weekly, directly. No waiting on a distributor's royalty cycle.
- Your data, your fans. Every buyer is a real contact — not a stream count you'll never see again.
For Artists
Built for the artist, not the algorithm.
Every drop, every sale, every fan — yours. Preem exists so the relationship stays between you and the people who show up for you.

A direct-to-fan marketplace built for naira. Artists set a minimum price for early access to a track; fans pay what they want, at or above that minimum, using card, bank transfer, or USSD. Artists get paid out weekly.

Live drops give fans early access before the artist releases elsewhere — pick a release date, Preem counts it down. Exclusive drops never leave Preem, for an artist's realest supporters.
